According to recent reports and PR statements made by Sony, the PlayStation 4 has sold over sixty million units of hardware and approximately five-hundred units of software. With a wide variety of software on the horizon and an ever-growing PlayStation ecosystem, the PlayStation 4 is on track to match the PlayStation 2, a console that sold over 150 million units of hardware and 1.5 billion units of software. Going by this year’s E3, PlayStation and Sony fans have a lot of fun software to look forward to in the future.
